Jon Karl

VP, Corporate Development and Co-Founder

As vice president of corporate development for iovation, Jon has an active role in defining the company's business strategy, technology partnerships and the development of iovation's fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale.

An expert in the areas of Internet security and fraud management, Jon is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, where he speaks on various topics including online fraud management, online privacy, and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse.

Jon has also served as a board advisor for the Merchant Risk Council, an organization of 7,500 merchants, vendors, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies that share the common goal of protecting and encouraging the thriving online commerce industry by establishing best practices for cyber-fraud prevention.

Jon holds a B.S. in Economics from Oregon State University.
