Molly O'Hearn

VP, Operations and Co-Founder

Molly has over 30 years experience in the financial services and software technology industries. She has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. As Vice-President of Operations for iovation, Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources. She also serves on iovation's Board of Directors.

During Molly's earlier career, she held a variety of roles for B2B and B2C companies where she developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew annualized revenues while she tightly managed the bottom line.

Molly holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Oregon.
