Jon develops technology partnerships and fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale. An expert in the areas of Internet security and fraud management, Jon is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, where he speaks on various topics including online fraud management, online privacy, and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse.
Molly has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. She’s worked with B2B and B2C companies where she’s developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew revenue and controlled operational expenses. Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources at iovation.
Doug brings extensive financial and operational experience to iovation as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to iovation, he worked at Tektronix and was responsible for managing the Americas Operations with revenues of $150 million. He was also CFO at Unicru, a software as a service provider. He doubled Unicru’s revenue over a three year period before the company was purchased by Kronos for $150 million.
Scott began his career in information security as a charter member of the Air Force Information Warfare Center, pioneering tools and techniques for automated vulnerability assessment and incident response. He is an innovative technologist and executive with more than 20 years of hands-on leadership experience. His career spans fraud mitigation, computer and network security, critical infrastructure protection, and information warfare. He is also co-inventor on six U.S. patents.
Max has held a number of senior leadership roles in operations, sales and marketing. He successfully drove business growth and profitability at CommercePath until it was acquired by Captaris. He continued to play a key leadership role at Captaris and was responsible for managing Document Exchange Software Group (DESG) with revenues of $55 million. In his current role, Max is responsible for the oversight and success of iovation’s partner program, driving strategic growth for the company.
Scott is an experienced leader in security and fraud management technology. Throughout his career he has led product and marketing initiatives and focused on building new markets. He started three businesses and served as VP at two others that were successfully acquired by Cisco Systems, Symantec, and Trustwave. In his current role at iovation he focuses on strategic product development, market research and managing product teams.
Tom leads iovation’s global sales operation to support the rising demand for iovation’s product and service offerings. With more than 20 years of sales experience in security, identity, and authentication, he is a true veteran of the business when it comes to securing OEM relationships and architecting deals with large technology organizations. Mr. Pak was the VP of Sales at organizations such as Protocom, Actividentity (now HID), Irdeto North America, and most recently, SVP of WW Sales at SecureAuth.
Wendy heads Marketing and Product Management at iovation to support the rising demand for iovation’s product and service offerings, and fuel their continued growth. With 20+ years of marketing leadership experience with companies including CenturyLink, Microsoft, Motorola and Intel, Wendy has a proven track record of driving global go-to-market strategy, and helping organizations sell meaningful high-tech solutions with clear and compelling stories that resonate with non-technical buyers.
