Jon Karl

EVP, Corporate Development and Co-Founder

Jon develops technology partnerships and fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale. An expert in the areas of Internet security and fraud management, Jon is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, where he speaks on various topics including online fraud management, online privacy, and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse.

Molly O’Hearn

EVP, Operations and Co-Founder

Molly has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. She’s worked with B2B and B2C companies where she’s developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew revenue and controlled operational expenses. Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources at iovation.

Doug Shafer

Chief Financial Officer

Doug brings extensive financial and operational experience to iovation as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to iovation, he worked at Tektronix and was responsible for managing the Americas Operations with revenues of $150 million. He was also CFO at Unicru, a software as a service provider. He doubled Unicru’s revenue over a three year period before the company was purchased by Kronos for $150 million.

Scott Waddell

Chief Technology Officer

Scott began his career in information security as a charter member of the Air Force Information Warfare Center, pioneering tools and techniques for automated vulnerability assessment and incident response. He is an innovative technologist and executive with more than 20 years of hands-on leadership experience. His career spans fraud mitigation, computer and network security, critical infrastructure protection, and information warfare. He is also co-inventor on six U.S. patents.

Tom Pak

EVP, Global Sales

Tom leads iovation’s global sales operation to support the rising demand for iovation’s product and service offerings. With more than 20 years of sales experience in security, identity, and authentication, he is a true veteran of the business when it comes to securing OEM relationships and architecting deals with large technology organizations. Mr. Pak was the VP of Sales at organizations such as Protocom, Actividentity (now HID), Irdeto North America, and most recently, Identiv where he was EVP of Global Sales and Business Development.

Dawn Crew

EVP, Global Marketing

Dawn is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, global marketing professional and branding specialist with more than 25 years of success working with both Fortune 100 enterprises and startups. Dawn was the CMO for BOLD where she oversaw all B2C and B2B marketing functions and also held a variety of marketing leadership roles at SAP. Prior to this, Dawn co-founded Select Systems which was acquired by Tectura Corporation in 2002.

Bala Krishnamurthy

Chief Product Officer

Bala is a seasoned product executive and growth leader with proven track record of launching highly successful products and accelerating revenue growth. He also has extensive consulting experience that complement product expertise to deliver innovative game-changing solutions. These have made a significant impact on customers and delivered double-digit revenue growth year over year. Prior to joining iovation, Bala was Head of Product for TransUnion's IDVision suite of solutions. Under his guidance, TU’s IDVision solutions were recognized by Javelin as a 2017 Fraud and Identity Leader in Innovation. He has been a key part of multiple M&A initiatives at TransUnion including iovation. His focus is on delivering enhanced consumer experience, reducing fraud and increasing operational efficiencies.
