Implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Creating an Identity and Access Management (IAM) for consumers is very different from enterprise IAM solutions.

Unlike enterprise authentication tools, consumer-focused IAM solutions need to provide a better user experience for your customers with less friction and fewer barriers to entry. It should allow you to layer multifactor authentication into the experience depending on a customer’s preference. For example, customers are happier when they can select between different methods like fingerprint ID, PIN codes, or passwords. Flexibility in an Identity Access Management system allows you to give a great online experience to all of your customers.
