As the co-founder and chief executive officer for iovation, Greg is the visionary leader behind the use of reputation systems to prevent fraud and abuse of online services. He has an active role in iovation's business development and strategizing the company's fraud management services to the marketplace on a global scale.
A serial entrepreneur, Greg has a strong passion for developing leading fraud fighting solutions that make the Internet a safer place to do business and communicate. As vice president of corporate development for iovation, Jon has an active role in defining the company's business strategy, technology partnerships and the development of iovation's fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale.

Molly has over 30 years experience in the financial services and software technology industries. She has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. As Vice-President of Operations for iovation, Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources. She also serves on iovation's Board of Directors.
During Molly's earlier career, she held a variety of roles for B2B and B2C companies where she developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew annualized revenues while she tightly managed the bottom line.
Molly holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Oregon.
Doug brings 30+ years of financial and operational experience to iovation as the company’s chief financial officer. He is responsible for the worldwide strategic financial and operational leadership of iovation.
Prior to iovation, Doug spent 20 years at Tektronix, where he held several senior-level positions in the U.S. and Europe. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing the Americas Operations with revenues of $150 million and helped Tektronix to successfully grow and sell its Color Printer business to Xerox and video business to Grass Valley Group.
Most recently, Doug served as CFO at Unicru, a software solutions provider of hiring management solutions. At Unicru, he instituted a financial and operational discipline that moved the company from annual losses to sustained profitability. During his tenure, Unicru doubled its revenue over a three year period before the company was purchased by Kronos for $150 million.
Doug holds a B.S. in Finance from Portland State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in the security and technology field. He began his career in information security as a charter member of the Air Force Information Warfare Center, pioneering tools and techniques for automated vulnerability assessment and incident response.
Later, as co-founder of WheelGroup, Scott created and led the Security Posture Assessment team in building professional services to bootstrap development of WheelGroup's intrusion detection system (IDS) product. As a result of the team’s ability to demonstrate successful network-penetration techniques, WheelGroup appeared on the cover of Fortune Magazine in February 1997. Soon after, WheelGroup was acquired by Cisco, where Scott went on to champion hardware acceleration for the IDS product line.
In 2002, he joined Cisco’s Global Defense & Space Group where he led cross-functional teams to release a new intrusion prevention product. Before joining iovation in 2008, Scott worked as a research engineer with Cisco’s Critical Infrastructure Assurance Group, developing tools and architectures to improve CI security.
Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He is also co-inventor on four U.S. patents.
Max brings over 20 years of sales and operational experience to iovation where, as vice president of global sales, he is responsible for worldwide sales leadership.
Prior to iovation, he spent seven years at CommercePath, Inc. As co-founder, he successfully drove business growth and profitability until CommercePath was acquired by Captaris in 1999. He continued to play a key leadership role with Captaris for the next four years and held several senior-level positions including President of Document Exchange Software Group, Vice President of North American Field Operations and Officer of Captaris.
During his tenure, he was responsible for managing Captaris' DESG with revenues of $55 million. Most recently, Max served as President of TOPLINE Performance which was involved in General Aviation related Real Estate development and General Aviation equipment manufacturing.
Max holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Oregon State University.
Scott Olson has over 20 years leading marketing and product strategy in startups. In addition to his time at iovation, Scott has started three companies and served as VP of Marketing at two others. These companies have been successfully acquired by such companies as Cisco Systems, Symantec, and Trustwave.
Across these roles, Scott has personally driven the product and marketing strategy and focused on building thought leadership in new markets. He has contributed articles to major publications like ComputerWorld and VentureBeat, and has spoken at events like RSA, Networld Interop, Secure World, and Digital ID World. In addition he has guest lectured on entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at Austin.
Scott holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2007 Scott received the Distinguished Young Alumni award from the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering. He also held a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from 2002-2008.
