iovation supports businesses across many different industries, each of which faces unique fraud challenges. Fraudsters don’t sit still; they will often try to infiltrate many different kinds of sites. Because we know about billions of devices, we can see when a bad device attempts to access multiple iovation customers. You can then stop them in their tracks, before they get past your front door.

Matt Giberson:
My name's Matt Giberson. I work on the Customer Success team here at iovation, but I also work pretty heavily with the Sales team, as well, working with new and expecting new customers.

Matt Giberson:
We work with every industry you can possibly think of that has an online or a mobile presence basically. So financial services, gambling world, video game world, online dating. I mean, you name it, it's something that we work with. They all present their own unique challenges and different things they're looking for, but interestingly, there's actually a lot of very common things.

Matt Giberson:
That's what's really cool about this, is we're allowing people to understand when a bad actor is approaching them, when we've already seen them somewhere else with one of our other subscribers, and they've tagged them with evidence. Having that consortium model is just incredibly valuable for different industries, in particular like an industry like insurance. They very heavily leverage that evidence. We have specific evidence types for them, for the types of fraud they run into, like a ghost broker, for example, who are trying to come up with policies. There's a specific type of evidence for that.

Matt Giberson:
Not only can other insurance companies know that there's that guy popping up, he's already got tagged with it, but we also have our community. And the community allows them to even collaborate even further, so they can actually reach out and directly contact each other, look for ideas, look for new trends, pattern, share information, and really make that a much more collaborative process with companies that they're basically competitors with.

Matt Giberson:
The way that iovation lays that out there is just one of the strongest things that I think we can do.
