HOW DOES IOVATION COLLECT INFORMATION?
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ON THE SITE AND WHY?
iovation may ask you to register and provide personally identifiable information, which is information that may reasonably be used to identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, when you request our white papers, order email newsletters, or respond to a marketing campaign. The information gathered is used to qualify you as a potential client and may be used to contact you regarding offerings specific to iovation's products and services. We follow strict best practices for email marketing and customer contact.
We may also automatically or passively collect information and statistics about connections to the Site (“Usage Information”) using a variety of technologies (including cookies, web beacons, and embedded scripts), and we may use third party service providers for these purposes. iovation regularly reviews its compliance with this Policy. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

- Application layer controls prevent other subscribers from accessing data designated as private.
All employees of iovation who have access to the data are subject to Company policies that prohibit unauthorized transmission of data to third parties.
USERS RESIDING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CONSENT TO TRANSFER
The Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
